Sometimes it's helpful to have information you can hold onto, revisit, or share with someone you love. The Amputee Coalition has launched a new Individual Print Resource Request form, making it easier to receive trusted educational materials right at home.

Whether you're learning about limb loss or limb difference, exploring recovery and rehabilitation, or supporting a family member, our guides offer practical information for everyday life and care.

Individuals may request one complimentary printed copy of each available resource, helping make important information accessible when it's needed.
